Waukesha's first (?) crack house.

There is/was a crack house near the Waukesha public library. Which is across the street from a middle school, and 50' from the Waukesha police substation. Yes, the police substation. Everyone says that Waukesha's not as bad as Milwaukee. And that's true. But it's also true that were on our way. Again, are we going to wait until things go critical before we act? We don't need candles and peace signs, we need tough cops, and prosecutors. (Shimel's record doesn't offer any hope, unless your a child molester)
