Another flush?
Looking over Lake Michigan I notice another brown flow. MMSD needs two things to hit the flush handle, lots of rain, and cloud cover. Rain for the flush, clouds to keep satellite photos away. Hay Mayor Urkel, hows the water deal going? Umm yummy.

The way I understand it, they need to seperate the waste/drain lines. Too expensive. I'm not sure which is worse, Waukesha's green water (from the radium) or Milwaukee's brown water (from the...well, you know)that Waukesha keeps trying to get...yikes!
